This is a dangerous move for me. You see that little attachment to the end of the title? What is that? That is the footprint of continuity. There are those here at Nerd Theatre who strongly oppose continuity in any form. The next thing you know we'll be running storylines that stretch out for a year or more. Put your minds at ease friends, we here at Nerd Theatre have sworn an oath never to plague our readers with long storylines that refuse to die. Should we ever break our sacred oath, our holy pact, it means that we have changed our minds about the issue. So there you go.
What's up with this comic? Well, the comic today is in response to the rough seas in our forum of late. It seems that the Moderators are mad at each other and mad at the Administrators, and they've chosen sides and gone to war. There were a few major battles, but I think a tentative peace treaty has been declared. I suspect that the terms of the treaty involved all parties swearing never to set foot in the forum again, because there has been zero activity in there of late. Our website is the neutral zone…piss. Like everyone else I have an idea as to the root of the hostilities; however this type of thing is not valid forum material, and certainly not valid post material. So, I've kept my mouth shut and watched the firestorm accelerate, and with each explosive retaliation… I die a little inside.
I'm not sure how popular jury-rigged, quantum physics storylines are with our readers, but I love this crazy crap. I think quantum physics is incredibly interesting. Alan, are you a math wiz? Well I have been known to… I can handle many… well no. Here's an example, I dropped College Algebra, then I flunked Finite Math, then I got a D- in Problem Solving. I can't do math for shit, but I think its' implications are very interesting. So, I read a lot of articles on quantum physics, in layman's terms of course. I get all these cool ideas for stories and daydreams. Yeah, I'm just a little kid playing spaceship with his Legos… really I still play with them. I'm a master craftsman in Legos.
I think quantum physics is the cat's pajamas. Nuts to that Schrodinger, and his ridiculous cat, I still think it's cool. So if anyone knows where I can get some cool articles or books, let me know. Just keep my math prowess in mind when you narrow down the selections.
